Privately Owned Island

What parcel of real estate could be better than owning your own private island!? That is exactly the purchase Michael Neves made when he became owner of Little Shell Island in 2008.

The 3.8 acre island is located just beyond mile marker 92 on the Caloosahatchee River in Lee County. The private island is available to rent for your exclusive use for camping, picnicking, kayaking, fishing adventures and so much more. How about your own private wedding island? Transportation to and from the island is included with your rental.

Big Kahuna built a 15x12 foot tiki hut on Little Shell Key. The customer rented a barge to assist us in transporting the construction materials and palm fronds from the mainland to the island. While on their lunch break and after their work was completed, the Big Kahuna crew enjoyed a dip in the water and a little fishing. We were lucky to get them back for the next job!
